Inviting your team

Adding team members, assigning roles, and working together on the same estimate in real time.

CSR Foundry is multi-user from the ground up. Multiple estimators can work in the same project simultaneously, with changes syncing live.

Adding team members

Invite team members from the project settings. Each invitation carries a role that determines what the member can do:

• Estimator — full edit access on the projects they're assigned to.
• Reviewer — can view, comment, and approve or request changes; cannot edit line items directly.
• Admin — manages team members, roles, and project-level settings.

Roles can be adjusted per project, so someone who's an estimator on one pursuit can be a reviewer on another.

Real-time editing

Changes sync live. There's no "lock the file" step and no version-merge dance. You can see who else is in the project and what they're currently working on.
