When is pricing finalized?
Pricing is being finalized ahead of general availability. Early access users lock in introductory pricing for their first year. Request early access and we'll share specifics directly.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid tier includes a 30-day free trial when we launch. During the early access period we're onboarding users individually with hands-on setup support — no trial signup needed.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle so you keep paid features through the period you already paid for.
What counts as a user?
A user is anyone with login access to the platform. Read-only reviewers, estimators, and project managers all count. If you need a lot of reviewer seats, ask us about Enterprise — review-only licensing is available.
